The Paraplanner is a member of our financial planning division and works under the direction of our senior partners. The position requires the employee to gather data and information, enter data with attention to detail, perform analysis of information received and generate initial modeling and scenarios. 


This individual works directly with the firm’s partners and associates. 



  • Support and coordinate with partners and associates
  • Data and information gathering
  • Input financial data
  • Perform analysis of data
  • Research
  • Coordinate with strategic business partners (legal, tax, investment, etc.)
  • Report preparation
  • Manage billing



  • BA or BS degree
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in estate/business planning and/or financial services industry preferred
  • CFP® Certified or potentially willing to enroll in a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional certification program
  • Familiarity with estate planning, trusts and insurance concepts and terminology
  • Excellent written, oral, and digital communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative style
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Ability to enter data efficiently and effectively into planning tool
